Cindee’s parents, Lois Ilene Wilson Cox and Albert Patrick Cox, were both born in Eureka, California. They instilled in her the values of love, compassion, and perseverance. Cindee was proud of her family heritage and carried their legacy with grace.

In April 1973, Cindee married the love of her life, Floyd Emmett Dragoman, in a beautiful ceremony in Eureka, California. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and shared adventures. Floyd settled in Santa Rosa, California, while Cindee pursued her career as a dedicated grocery store clerk.

She is also survived by her granddaughter, Samantha Dragoman, her great-grandson, Barrette, her brother, John (Janine) Cox of Mesa, AZ, her sister, Terri (Carl) Dixon of Idaho Falls, ID, her sister-in-law, Susan (Steve) Jensen of Santa Rosa, CA, her brother-in-law, Daryl (Janet) Dragoman, and her sister-in-law, Alice Dragoman. Their love and support will continue to be a source of comfort during this difficult time.

Cindee was preceded in death by her beloved spouse, Floyd Emmett Dragoman, her mother, Lois Ilene Cox, her father, Albert Patrick Cox, her brother-in-law, Frank Dragoman, her mother-in-law, Mildred Dragoman, her sister, JoAnn Weeks, her nephew, Jeff Weeks, and her brother, Dennis Moorehead. Although they are no longer with us, their memories will forever be cherished in our hearts.
