Their arrest led to the seizure of their assets by the same authorities. Tristan and Andrew spent months in custody, and later they were released to house arrest. But did the two brothers get their seized assets back? Here’s what we know.

Andrew Tate not to get his seized assets anytime soon

The Romanian authorities seized assets worth about $12 million from Andrew Tate. This includes the orange Bugatti Chiron, along with 15 blocks of properties, 14 cars, 145 watches, and more. Now, everyone is curious to know if Andrew will get back those assets.

According to Newsweek, both Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate are not going to get their seized assets back soon. The decision about this was made by the Romanian court on December 11, 2023. Therefore, these assets will currently remain with the authorities.

More about the seized properties of Andrew Tate

Along with Andrew Tate, properties of Tristan Tate and his girlfriend Abigail Tyson were also seized. The latter had, in fact, requested to get back her seized properties, but the request was denied. After the recent decision by the court, the two brothers can make an appeal to the court within 48 hours of the court’s decision.

Meanwhile, how things would work is yet to be known, as Andrew and Tristan’s response to the court’s decision is still pending. Also, even though the Tate brothers have been allowed to travel outside their home, the investigation on them continues, and thus, they cannot leave the country.
